At its spring meeting, the Michigan Section of the MAA conducted a fundraising drive for a memorial to Janet Andersen.
At its spring meeting, the Michigan Section of the MAA conducted a fundraising drive for a memorial to Janet Andersen. Among other memorial projects, the section raised $167 which is intended to support BIO SIGMAA's Janet Andersen prize. The officers and membership of the BIO SIGMAA etend its heartfelt thanks to the membership of the MAA Michigan Section for its support of the MAA's Janet Anderson Prize.
